I always wonder how they get these impossible castles built anyway–done by djinni who don’t need ground to stand on or earthly sources for their raw materials.
I have seen some real ones in some really hard to get to places. I would hate to be the guy who has to attack Peveril Castle for instance. That said, I would also hate to be one of the garrison.

@Brett Peveril Castle is indeed a favourite on mine. Where I live in the UK I’m positively surrounded by castles, keeps and strange towers located in inaccessible locations. Lucky old me, eh?
