Do you think that American networks will start nabbing British shows if the Writer’s strike continues longer (although I have read that at least 2 studios have signed agreements with the WGA)

I’m asking because there are a load of shows I’d like to see but don’t have access to by normal means.

I think Red Dwarf was the last one I saw…

Torchwood is going to be on BBC America from 26th January, and other channels are likely to air it later in the year. That’s the plan, anyhow.

If that doesn’t help, there’s always iPlayer. You’ll probably need to find a uk-based proxy service to be able to watch it, but it’ll be worth the effort :)
